Kilt Measuring Guide:
A kilt is usually worn higher than trousers, and as such the measurement should be taken from the navel (belly button). Therefore your kilt waist measurement is likely to be different than your trouser waist measurement.
Please Note
It’s important that the pleats stay firmly in place during shipping and handling, to achieve this, pleats are stitched temporarily with large basting stitches.
First make sure that kilt is fit for your size. Then take out these temporary stitches as follow.
Carefully cut one thread then pull out each stitch, one by one, cutting the thread regularly to keep it short enough to be manageable and to avoid it knotting. Never allow a knot to pass through the fabric as this would damage the cloth.

You can opt Express one day shipping, USPS says next day delivery, and 99 % true but  few Zip Codes, like some remote area, it has been observed, delivery done the day after. We do not have a tool to let you know which area can be.
Secondly : In ANY case the one day or Express shipping will NOT be refunded back.

If  product is returned to us it should  in the condition it was sent out. It should be unworn, in the original undamaged wrapping with all the tags still attached.
